Designer Share

An old friend of mine, Sarah Perkins, recently started her own company called DesignerShare. DesignerShare is the first truly peer to peer marketplace for women to rent their designer clothing and accessories to one another. Essentially, users can connect directly and get to know one another – opening yourself up to amazing new pieces and friends.

I’ve had my eye on a new handbag and wasn’t quite sure if I was ready to make the investment yet. I was able to try it out for a week via DesignerShare, which is something you can’t really do through brick & mortar stores! I have my eye on a few dresses for some upcoming events this summer too – their inventory is always changing which is great!

DesignerShare also allows you to rent out any of your pieces, bags, shoes in your own closet to it’s users on a week by week basis.

The best part is, is that when you rent an item, it is delivered by someone to your front door! They also arrange a pick up time based off your schedule on a pre-selected date. How easy is that!?!

Pineapple and Peplums

Hi there! My name is Tiffany and I live in Chicago, Illinois. I currently live in Lincoln Park with my husband, our baby girl, Brooklyn, and our French Bulldog, Mia. Pineapple and Peplums is a lifestyle blog where you’ll read about my current inspirations, tips on living a healthy lifestyle, my favorite beauty products, fashion, my travel adventures, motherhood, and more. Is there something you would like me to write about that you don't see? Just ask!
