Hair Necessities

April 2, 2017 0 Comments

Since becoming a mom, I barely have time to get myself dressed and look in the mirror before I head out to work for the day. When I have the time on the weekends to take a shower longer than 2 minutes, dry my hair and actually put on makeup, it really makes the world of difference in not just how I look, but how I feel!

I have very fine hair that is hard to style – I have tried nearly every product out there to give my hair some volume and to get it to hold a curl! After trial and error, I finally found this thickening mouse by Kerastaste that is amazing! It gives my hair a lot of volume and body and helps it hold a curl!

I also love this thickening tonic from Aveda. You spray it on when your hair is wet, comb it through and then blow dry. It also smells AMAZING!

In the winter, my hair gets so dry no matter how much I deep condition it. I love to use this on my ends by Moroccanoil. If you have fine hair, make sure you use the light version! It won’t weigh your hair down as much as the regular kind.

Lastly, I truly believe if you invest in a good hairdryer, you will see a difference in the way your hair looks & feels! For years I was always against spending a lot of money, thinking all hot air was created equally. A friend of mine told me about this new dryer she got from Harry Josh and how much she loved it. After reading reviews and doing some research, I decided to bite the bullet and make the purchase. I am SOO happy I did!! My hair is so much softer, I have less flyaways, less frizz, and it takes 1/2 as long as before to dry my hair!

What are your favorite products? Do you have anything you must use everyday? I would love to hear!
